1994 and 1995 consulting the Kyrgyz Government in the elaboration of a new Labour Code; leader of an EES-Team 3 times three weeks in Bischkek
IV. Phare-Programme
November 1996: Report on the Social Dialogue in Germany on a Conference organized by the local representatives of the Phare Programme in Sofia
Since September 1996: Consulting the Slowene Labour Ministry (Ljubljana) in the elaboration on a draft law on individual employment contracts, on a law on collective agreements and on a law on strikes

A collection of articles has been translated into Portuguese and published in Sao Paulo by Editora LTR under the title "Direito do trabalho e Sociedade na Alemanha", Sao Paulo 1997
II. EC - Law
The book "Sozialstaat EG? Die andere Dimension des Binnenmarktes" (G?tersloh 1989) was published in English by the Bertelsmann Foundation ("Market and Social Justice in the EC - the Other Side of the Internal Market") in 1991.
Another book (Däubler-Kittner-L?rcher, Internationale Arbeits- und Sozialordnung, Köln 199O, 2nd edition 1994) contains a collection of EC-regulations and directives influencing the situation of the worker and of ILO-Conventions. Each regulation etc. has got its own introduction dealing with the main problems arising before German courts.
Some 25 articles deal especially with the so-called social dimension,
the importance of EC-Law for national law and possible European collective
agreements. A very small article has been published in English: Prospects
for a European Social Policy, in: Betten (ed.), The future of European
Social Policy, Deventer-Boston 1989, p. 167 - 171
