Catherine Barnard (MA (Cantab), LLM (EUI)) is a university lecturer in law
at the University of Cambridge and a fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge.

Previously (1992-1995) she was lecturer in law at the University of
Southampton and Jean Monnet Chair of European Integration.
-
She was also Assistant Dean at Southampton.
-
She specialises in EC Law, Labour and
Discrimination Law.
-
She is currently acting as a consultant for the European
Commission on the implementation of the Working Time Directive.
Principali pubblicazioni
Her recent publications include EC Employment Law,
(Wiley, 1996), rev. ed., and C.Barnard et al, The Exercise of Individual
Employment Rights in the Member States of the Community, Department of
Employment, 1995.
